Who can have a blog about healthy vegetables without giving big props to Will Allen and his organization Growing power.  we visited growing power in Chicago during the summer and hopefully we will get out to Milwaukee soon. Urban agriculture is the next thing to solve many problems  from food deserts to crime. We all deserve to eat healthy and local. So thank you Will Allen and visit buffalo more often we need more good people like you helping us all.   Remember everyone shop local, visit your local farmers market and join a CSA farm co-op.
